
Enjoy a pre-concert dinner with your friends on Sept. 7, Sept. 28, Nov. 2, Feb. 15, Mar. 29, and May 10. All reservations are due on the immediate Tuesday preceding the concert date. Maestro Pickett will present a free “Pre-Concert Talk” at 6:30 pm. Symphony Suppers will be in the Bradbury Thompson Alumni Center (across the street from White Concert Hall). Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive for dinner by 5:30 p.m. Seating for the Pre-Concert Talk begins at 6:30 p.m.

The menu for February 15th is:
- Salad: Mixed Field Greens topped with Roasted Beets, Carrot Shreds, and Heirloom Tomato Wedges and accompanied by Balsamic Dressing
- Entrée: Roasted Turkey Traditional Stuffing with Water Chestnuts Maple Glazed Roasted Diced Sweet Potatoes and Mixed Buttered Squash
- Dessert: Alternating Pumpkin and Pecan Pie with fresh Whipped Cream
- Roasted Plant Based Chicken topped with Bell Peppers and Onions
- Mixed Squash no Butter
- Flourless Chocolate Cake
The menu for March 29th is:
- Salad: Baby Spring Mix Lettuce topped with Marinated Artichoke Hearts, Asparagus and Diced tomatoes Creamy Italian Dressing on the Side
- Entrée: Sauteed Chicken Dijon served with Parmesan Potatoes and caramelized onions and buttered Broccolini
- Dessert: Individual Chocolate Bundt Cake with Raspberry Coulis and Whipped Cream
- Harissa Grilled Portabella Mushroom Stuffed with Herbed Quinoa topped with Vegan Cheese Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes with Parsley and Herbs
- Grilled Mixed Squash
